Job Purpose
To support the Aftersales Team (Service/Warranty)
Schedule
Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break) Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis payable at Base Hourly Rate Depending on experience up to £28,585.45 per annum + bonus opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Offer full support to our Aftersales Department.
- Deal with customers both in person and over the telephone.
- Record customers’ requirements in a professional and polite manner.
- Book vehicles into our workshop.
- Arrange service loan vehicles.
- Produce customer invoices.

- Extremely enthusiastic, organised and confident enough to ask for help if you don’t understand.
- Great attention to detail and always willing to go that extra mile.
- Excellent communicator and essential team player.
- Desire to learn and develop skills.
- Passion to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
