Job Purpose: Drive the success of our dealership by achieving target sales for both new and used cars, contributing to the dynamic growth of JT Hughes Group.

Key Responsibilities: As a Car Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager, taking charge of selling new and used cars along with associated products through a meticulously structured sales process. From the customer's initial inquiry to the vehicle handover, your role is pivotal in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and fostering long-term customer engagement.
Working Hours:
- Sundays: Closed – Day Off
- You will be required to work every Saturday, with a day off every other weekday
Attractive Basic Salary with uncapped On Target Earnings of £45,000 per annum
Company Vehicle (you will be responsible for your own fuel)
Company Pension
Commission Structure linked to target achievement for car sales and incremental earnings
Death in Service Insurance
28 Days Holiday, increasing to 30 Days after 12 months, and up to 36 Days with Long Service (including bank holidays)
