Job Purpose: Drive the success of our dealership by achieving target sales for both new and used cars, contributing to the dynamic growth of JT Hughes Group.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Car Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager, taking charge of selling new and used cars along with associated products through a meticulously structured sales process. From the customer's initial inquiry to the vehicle handover, your role is pivotal in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and fostering long‑term customer engagement.
Working Hours:
- Sundays: Closed – Day Off
- You will be required to work every Saturday, with a day off every other weekday
- Attractive Basic Salary with uncapped On Target Earnings of £49,500.00 per annum
- Company Vehicle (you will be responsible for your own fuel)

- Commission Structure linked to target achievement for car sales and incremental earnings

- 28 Days Holiday, increasing to 30 Days after 12 months, and up to 36 Days with Long Service (including bank holidays)
