Reports to: Aftersales Manager

Job Purpose: To support the Aftersales Team (Service/Warranty)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 08.00am-5.30pm (60 min lunch break) Saturdays 08.30am-12.30pm on a rota basis

Salary: Depending on experience up to £28,585.45 per annum + bonus opportunity

We have a new opportunity for a Service Advisor. We are ideally looking for an experienced Service Advisor, who will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role. A full training programme will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer full support to our Aftersales Department.
  • Deal with customers both in person and over the telephone.
  • Record customers’ requirements in a professional and polite manner.
  • Book vehicles into our workshop.
  • Arrange service loan vehicles.
  • Produce customer invoices.

Skills required:

  • Extremely enthusiastic, organised and confident enough to ask for help if you don’t understand.
  • Great attention to detail and always willing to go that extra mile.
  • Excellent communicator and essential team player.
  • Desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • Passion to deliver a high standard of customer service.
  • Excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
