We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our HR team, where you’ll play an important role in supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring day-to-day HR activities run smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, likes keeping things in order, and has the confidence to juggle different tasks. HR experience isn’t required, we’ll support you with that, what matters is your ability to stay organised, manage your time well, and pay attention to the detail.

Key Responsibilities- Recruitment coordination from posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, managing interview logistics through to effective diary management.
- Manage the administration of the employee life cycle, from onboarding new starters to offboarding leavers, and supporting all movements in between.
- Preparing letters, contracts, and other employee correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all HR activities.
- Monitor and manage the HR Inbox, triaging tasks and directing enquiries to the appropriate person or team for a prompt response.
- Responsible for setting up new suppliers, creating purchase orders and processing invoices using established systems and processes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records through data entry into the HR information system.
- Uploading and maintaining courses on the internal learning portal, monitoring attendance and ensuring accessibility for users.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR team, assisting with tasks and projects as required.
- Proven administration experience with the ability to keep processes organised and efficient in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks and documentation.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to engage with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
- Tech-savvy, with confidence using a range of systems and Microsoft Word applications.
