Role Overview:
- Were seeking a Nutrition & Meal Planning Virtual Assistant to support the team by helping develop balanced meal plans,
- organize ingredient sourcing, track nutritional compliance, and assist with customer nutrition support.
- You will collaborate with the in-house chef, operations team, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing weekly meal plans aligned with nutritional goals (calorie targets, macros, allergens, etc.)
- Review and input recipe data into our meal planning software (e.g., That Clean Life or similar)
- Create nutritional labels and ingredient lists for each meal
- Support customer inquiries related to diet preferences, allergies, and substitutionsCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure meal plans are feasible for production
- Maintain accurate client dietary profiles and updates in our database
- Create and update meal-related content for newsletters, website, and social media
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Nutrition or dietetics background (formal degree or relevant certification preferred)
- 2+ years of experience as a VA or assistant in health, wellness, or food industries
- Strong understanding of UK food and nutrition guidelines
- Comfortable with meal planning tools, Google Workspace, and Canva
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Passion for healthy eating and meal prep culture
- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with UK food labeling laws
- Knowledge of macros and dietary requirements (vegan, keto, gluten-free, etc.)
