About the Role
An established CCTV installation and maintenance provider with over 30 years of industry experience is seeking an energetic, conscientious, and motivated CCTV Field Engineer to join its service team. The company specialises in market-leading CCTV and Access Control systems across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel across the UK to service and maintain CCTV and Door Access Control equipment for existing customers.
- Occasionally stay away from home when required (accommodation and subsistence allowance provided).
- Work overtime as needed, with paid overtime and travel time.
- Complete all necessary service documentation accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Follow Health and Safety policies, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
Team Environment
You will join a team of skilled engineers with a collaborative, “can-do” attitude, delivering exceptional service within the security systems industry.
Working Hours
40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (timings may vary). Travel time and overtime paid. No 24-hour callouts or weekend shifts.

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. A positive attitude, good humour, and strong attention to detail are essential. Candidates should have a practical mindset, technical aptitude, and at least 3 years of hands-on CCTV service experience.
Essential Requirements
- Full, clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.
- Confident working at height.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks.
- Basic computer literacy.
- DBS checked or willing to undergo a check.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CCTV Service and Door Access Control.
