Managing key information on site Quality performance measures (e.g. Consumer & Customer Complaints, DDN, CONQ), trend and provide improvement plans.
Responsible to lead investigations related to consumer complaints, customer complaints and in-market issues and ensure that appropriate and timely actions are taken, including validation of effectiveness.
Driving and implementing effective risk assessment processes for Derby site activities (e.g. FMEA, HACCP).
Advising and driving compliance on production change activity using formal change management processes (QualityOne).
Managing Derby non-conformance system across the site (QualityOne), ensuring that effective RCA and robust CAPA plans are in place.
Ensuring the effective implementation of, and self-assessment against, the Reckitt/EH Quality Manual and associated process specific manuals (e.g. Bleach, Aerosol, Micro).
Providing site-wide training, education and guidance on quality requirements to supply teams.
High level Supplier Quality Management, including supplier audit, audit schedule, approval and CAPA plans for more complex/significant deviations.
The experience we're looking for:
- Ability to manage, coach and develop a team of 2/3 Quality Engineers.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a fast-paced food or FMCG environment.
- Knowledge/experience of automated production processes.
- Degree or equivalent in a science related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy). Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Ability to analyse, interpret and manipulate data.
- IS/Technical skills and knowledge of computerised control systems.
- Knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001:2015).
- Lead Auditor qualification (advantage but not a must).
