- Technical support & service: Troubleshoot and resolve complex pump and system issues—both remotely and on -site—including commissioning, maintenance, and fault finding
<\/li> - Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high -quality service delivery
<\/li> - Business development: Identify service opportunities and support lead generation through proactive customer interaction and close collaboration with the sales team
<\/li> - Project execution & process improvement : Take ownership of service projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes
<\/li> - Cross -functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure service delivery aligns with business goals <\/span>
