We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Engineer to join our team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development of all project and non-standard work. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Training will be provided.
- Prepare costings and quotations for non-standard service work and projects.
- Project manage jobs, ensuring strict deadlines are achieved and profit margins are met.
- Visit sites where applicable to meet clients, survey installations, and provide support to service engineers.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Plan meetings.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Order parts for special projects and monitor delivery progress.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit profitability reports.
- Visit sites with service engineers and assist with various types of service work to develop a strong understanding of industrial gas burners, process ovens, and spray booths within the paint finishing industry.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
