The role:
- Boiler servicing, breakdown diagnosis and repair
- Fault‑finding on Gas, Oil and LPG heating systems
- Upselling boiler replacements & system upgrades where appropriate
- Work on vented and unvented systems
- Professional communication with customers
- Maintaining a neat, high‑standard quality of work
We are looking for someone who:
- Is Gas Safe registered and technically strong
- Is a proper fault‑finder, not just a parts changer
- Takes pride in high‑standard workmanship
- Communicates well with customers and colleagues
- Is reliable, organised and calm under pressure
- Wants to be part of a trusted team with high standards
Essential / preferred qualifications:
- CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety – Essential
- CENWAT1 (or CEN1 and WAT1 together) – Essential
- Minimum 3 years qualified experience
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent – Preferred
- Clean driving licence – Preferred
- Right to work in the UK – Essential
