Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting research on financial products, including investment packages, pension schemes, and insurance plans.
  • Ensure all financial advice adheres to the UK Financial Conduct Authority regulations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve the firm's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage confidential files and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, paraplanners, and the wider team, including producing applications and packs for clients, and drafting correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various providers, networks, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
