Responsibilities:
- Complete daily worksheets using the electronic facilities management system on a supplied tablet
- Domestic and commercial gas servicing and remedial works
- Servicing of commercial and domestic gas boilers and heating systems including any routine maintenance
- Repair heating systems
Qualifications:
- Gas Safe Registered
- Further training where required
- Full Clean Driving License (required)
- Enhanced DBS
- CSCS Card Preferred
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 per year DOE
- £1,500 signing-on fee upon successful completion of probation
