Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-value commercial property caseload (landlord & tenant focus)
- Build/maintain client relationships and develop new business
- Drive team growth through management, marketing, and business development
- Partnership progression track with training/support
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with caseload management experience—at least 7 PQE equivalent.
- Must demonstrate commercial property expertise (especially landlord/tenant), business development interest, calm proactivity under pressure, and exceptional client communication aligned with human-first values.
