Driller in London

We are seeking to recruit an additional Driller engineer to join our existing team working on construction sites across the UK and Ireland. Duties will include:
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

- Operate light drilling equipment, in order to carry out subsequent consolidation injections in the ground.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Work to a defined health and safety management system and understand what is required from themselves as well as other colleagues
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

·Understand specific drilling instructions given on site and carry them out efficiently to enable the boreholes to be drilled in a timely manner and on program
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

·Keep detailed records of daily activities
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Be part of an autonomous operational team led by a site manager.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

·Undertake daily pre -start and maintenance checks on assigned drilling rig, vehicle and equipment and record for submission to plant department. Keep log of breakdown times for submission to plant dept
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Essential qualifications:
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

· CDCS Card
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

· HGV licence C (manual and auto)
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

· Construction/Plant background
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Total package worth £35,000 -40.000, dependent on previous experience. This includes a pension contribution.
