We are looking for a skilled Technical Application Support Specialist to join a fast -growing software company serving the restaurant retail sector. This role involves supporting integrations with third -party delivery platforms (UberEats, Just Eat, Glovo), POS systems (NCR, Oracle), and proprietary online ordering solutions like click & collect, kiosks, and drive -thru.

Key Responsibilities:
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Configure complex application and menu integrations across delivery platforms, POS, and internal systems ensuring seamless client experience
<\/p><\/li>Own technical incident management: troubleshoot, log, update clients, escalate, and engage vendors or development teams as needed
<\/p><\/li>Develop and deliver professional end -user training, including supporting materials; provide technical guidance to staff
<\/p><\/li>Draft and distribute support communications to stakeholders; maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
<\/p><\/li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in problem and change management processes
<\/p><\/li>Test product configurations and collaborate with development teams for enhancements and rollouts
<\/p><\/li>Automate repetitive tasks, implement process improvements, and respond to user feedback to enhance customer experience
<\/p><\/li>Provide exceptional customer service through chat and email, collaborating closely with account managers and multiple stakeholders daily
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Essential Skills and Competencies:
