About the role: We are seeking a hands-on, all-round Lead Engineer with strong expertise in mobile device repair, testing, and technical operations. You will provide end-to-end technical guidance—from equipment setup and workflow design to compliance, quality standards, and technical team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead setup and optimization of technical operations, including repair stations, testing equipment, and quality inspection processes.
