Location:<\/b> <\/span>Lancaster | <\/span>Salary:<\/b> <\/span>£47,000 | <\/span>Hours:<\/b> <\/span>Mon–Thurs 8:30–5:00, Fri 8:30–3:45

We are looking for an experienced <\/span>Industrial Engineer & Maintenance Manager<\/b> <\/span>to lead maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. This is a hands -on role combining maintenance management, process optimisation, and project delivery.
<\/p>

What You’ll Do:<\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead and manage maintenance operations, budgets, and preventive maintenance programmes.
  <\/li>
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  <\/li>
• Oversee capital projects (£500k+) from planning to commissioning.
  <\/li>
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high operational standards.
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We’re Looking For:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • 5+ years in maintenance management and/or industrial engineering in manufacturing.
    <\/li>
  • Experience with CMMS, project management, and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma desirable).
    <\/li>
  • Engineering qualification (HND minimum; bachelor’s preferred).
    <\/li>
  • Strong leadership, problem -solving, and communication skills.
