This is a full-time on-site role located in Frankfurt for an Investment Banking Analyst specializing in Corporate Finance and M&A. The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for performing financial modeling, conducting thorough due diligence, fostering client relationships, preparing detailed financial analyses, and supporting the execution of M&A transactions. The analyst will also assist in evaluating financial and strategic opportunities, preparing marketing materials, and providing overall support to senior bankers in deal execution.
