We are seeking a skilled Heating Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, solid problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other trades. You will play a key part in ensuring customers’ heating systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Install domestic heating systems within residential properties.
- Carry out detailed inspections, diagnostics, and safety checks on heating equipment.
- Assemble components and complete installations using appropriate hand and power tools.
- Work alongside builders, electricians, and other professionals to deliver projects on time.
- Safely lift and manoeuvre heavy equipment in compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Complete all required paperwork, including legal and compliance documentation.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers throughout each job.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Domestic Heating Engineer and Gas Safe Registered.
- Confident in using trade‑related hand tools and power tools.
- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting as part of installations or repair work.
- CSCS card – preferred but not essential.
