You’ll be responsible for:
- Heating and plumbing installations for refurbishments and upgrades.
- Boiler installations, servicing, fault finding, and repairs.
- Gas safety inspections and landlord certificates.

- Gas appliance installations (cookers, fires, hobs).
- Plumbing repairs, bathrooms, cylinders, and tanks.

- Valid ACS certification (with current CCN1 and relevant tickets).
- At least 5 years’ experience in domestic heating and plumbing.
