We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and inspirational Director of Wellness & Outdoor Pursuits to join the leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of luxury wellness and leisure offerings, from serene spa experiences to world-class outdoor pursuits, while driving both operational excellence and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight across wellness, spa, fitness, and outdoor pursuits, with a clear commercial focus.
- Act as a visible, hands-on leader while inspiring and coaching multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead projects from concept through to business planning and successful execution.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across a dynamic, high-volume, multi-faceted leisure environment.
- Ensure exceptional and consistent guest experiences, always aligned with luxury standards.
- Build a collaborative team culture that fosters innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in divisional leadership or equivalent, ideally within luxury leisure, spa, wellness, or hospitality.
- Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and exceptional experiential outcomes.

- Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
