• You will have an engineering degree and/or equivalent engineering expertise gained within a building environment.<\/span>

• You will have demonstrable experience in management and delivery of the Capital 50 plan<\/span>

• Proven financial and budget management skills<\/span>

• You will possess sound knowledge of delivering sustainable and environmentally friendly initiatives to support WMC’s sustainability strategy<\/span>
