To assist the Head of Vision with daily departmental tasking. To provide holiday and absence cover to the Head of Vision to ensure the department continues to operate with equal effectiveness. Onsite deployment as a lead vision engineer on events. Leading onsite teams ensuring deadlines and standards are met. Manage the repair and maintenance of vision inventory. Assist and advise on the purchase of new equipment. Work with the Head of Vision to ensure the policies and standards of the vision department are adhered to. Ensure information relating to vision stock is accurate and kept up to date on Sterling’s rental software platforms. The design of vision systems for events and ensure technical briefs are met. To produce technical schematics for onsite teams. Provide training and technical support to the Sterling team. Adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of Health & Safety practices. Other tasks to suit the needs of the department and the business.
