Hot Tub Service Engineer

Job Overview

Service Engineer role servicing hot tubs, saunas, air source heat pumps, chill tubs and swim spas across South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ properties to inspect, diagnose, and repair hot tubs, saunas, air source heat pumps, chill tubs and swim spas.
• Provide excellent customer service, friendly and approachable, helping customers with queries.
• Work in all weather conditions, often outdoors.

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and strong.
• Must have UK driving licence.
• Experience with electrics or plumbing is an advantage.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team, organised, reliable, and a quick thinker.
• Friendly, approachable and always ready to help customers.
