Field Service Electrician / Electrical Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components using software such as Revit, SolidWorks, and MicroStation.
• Conduct debugging and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical designs with mechanical systems.
• Utilise logic controllers for automation processes and control systems.
• Develop firmware for embedded systems, ensuring functionality aligns with project requirements.
• Perform simulations using tools like Simulink and MATLAB to validate designs before implementation.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and design reviews.
• Participate in project meetings to provide updates on progress and address any technical challenges.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit, SolidWorks, MicroStation, Simulink, and MATLAB is highly desirable.
• Strong debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
• Solid understanding of logic controllers and firmware development.
• Mechanical knowledge is an advantage for effective collaboration with other engineering disciplines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
