Career Opportunity: Operations Administrator - Distribution Centre, Northallerton

Hours: 42.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday) / Salary: Competitive

The Role: We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Administrator to take on responsibility for the following tasks at our Distribution Centre in Northallerton:

  • Answer all phone calls.
  • Book in all third-party visitors including contractors and suppliers.
  • Liaise with our Customer Services team to answer all customer and supplier queries including cancellations, dispatch queries and returns.
  • Answer invoice and credit queries from HO.
  • Create labels.
  • Process daily returns including supplier returns.
  • Check late dispatches Amazon & eBay.
  • Check PO and email suppliers with queries.
  • Order stationery.
  • End of Day Dispatch.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Key Skills: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong organisational and follow up skills, with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fully focused on delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated, highly adaptable, excellent time management skills and be able to work towards tight deadlines.
