We are looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager to oversee a premier holiday and owners park in Scotland, ensuring they deliver a truly guest-obsessed service in a stunning, scenic environment. The park is in a stunning coastal location and comes with accommodation if needed.

About the Role:

As the General Manager of this Holiday & Owners Park, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the park, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering a positive and guest-centric culture while building lasting relationships with holidaymakers and owners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guest Experience Excellence: Champion a guest-obsessed culture, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that every guest’s stay is memorable and every owner is happy. Respond promptly to feedback, acting swiftly to resolve any issues.
  • Owner Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, ensuring their needs are met, and they feel valued.
  • Customer Service: Manage all guest and owner complaints and feedback across the park.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff, ensuring excellent performance, training, and career growth opportunities.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations with an owners and guest customer service focus.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgets, revenue generation, and cost control, working to achieve the park\’s financial goals while maintaining high service standards.

  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within the holiday park operations, ideally with experience in managing an owners based holiday park or similar leisure facility.
  • Guest-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for guest service and the ability to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for both guests and owners.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in managing teams, delivering training, and driving performance.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, setting financial targets, and ensuring profitability.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
