About the Role
This is not your average Deputy GM role. You’ll be second-in-command at a truly unique, high-footfall, high-profile resort operation, spanning accommodation, leisure, retail, F&B, and activities. You’ll lead from the front, inspiring large cross-functional teams and consistently delivering excellence across the guest journey. You’ll be the driving force behind operational efficiency, service innovation, and people leadership, ensuring every family leaves with lifelong memories.
What You’ll Do
- Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across a large-scale, complex resort
- Lead a guest-obsessed culture, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations
- Motivate and manage large teams across departments including hospitality, retail, activities, and leisure
- Drive commercial performance and ensure key KPIs (NPS, revenue, EBITDA, labour control) are consistently met
- Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability standards across the site
What You’ll Bring
- Experience as a General Manager, Deputy GM, or Area Manager in a high-volume, guest-focused environment (holiday parks, large-scale leisure, retail, or resort operations)
- Proven multi-site or multi-departmental leadership
