We are working exclusively with one of the UK’s most iconic family holiday destinations to find a Deputy General Manager who is ready to take their next big step.

You’ll be second-in-command at a truly unique, high-footfall, high-profile resort operation, spanning accommodation, leisure, retail, F&B, and activities. You’ll be the driving force behind operational efficiency, service innovation, and people leadership, ensuring every family leaves with lifelong memories.

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across a large-scale, complex resort
  • Motivate and manage large teams across departments including hospitality, retail, activities, and leisure
  • Drive commercial performance and ensure key KPIs (NPS, revenue, EBITDA, labour control) are consistently met

Experience as a General Manager, Deputy GM, or Area Manager in a high-volume, guest-focused environment (holiday parks, large-scale leisure, retail, or resort operations)

Strong commercial acumen and operational insight

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience

Bonus: Up to 25% performance-related
