In this role, you’ll manage multiple branded F&B operations and retail offerings within a bustling holiday resort village, overseeing a large team. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in running high-volume, multi-site operations, whether from branded restaurants, food-led pubs, airports, or holiday parks. A big personality and exceptional leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to drive sales through proactive marketing and retail strategies. Cultural fit is very important to this company, which aims to create a vibrant and people-focused community, so the right candidate must be an exceptional people manager.
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, GP, and bottom-line profits, making commerciality essential, along with outstanding people skills.
