We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a growing IT & Change team, supporting the delivery of business-critical projects and system enhancements within a commercial insurance environment. This person will be the conduit between the development team and the business and needs to be able to speak to the developers and engineers.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams.
- Create user stories, functional specifications and process documentation.
- Support Agile delivery, testing and UAT activities.
- Identify process improvements and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' Business Analysis experience within the insurance sector.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of UAT, functional testing, SQL and APIs (Postman).
- Insurance industry experience preferred, particularly commercial insurance.
