Treasury Manager - Insurance

We're looking for a Treasury Manager to join a small, close-knit Group Treasury function supporting a fast-growing, increasingly international business. This is a broad, hands-on role covering cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, treasury systems and process improvement. You'll work closely with colleagues across the team, picking up varied projects and covering other areas of Treasury as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group's daily cash position, including cash concentration, pooling, and daily money market funds
• Administer the Group's shared banking platforms and maintain strong day-to-day banking relationships
• Onboard new banking partners and entities as the business expands into new jurisdictions
• Own and maintain the Group's Treasury Management System (Kyriba), including user administration, licensing, training and support
• Lead and support treasury system projects, including implementation of new TMS modules and integration with other finance systems (e.g. ERP, Anaplan, Power BI)
• Monitor and report on compliance and data integrity across the Group's treasury platforms
• Identify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities across cash management and back/middle-office treasury operations
• Support wider Treasury activities, including funding, liquidity planning and ad hoc projects, as part of a small team

Experience

• Proven experience in a corporate Treasury role, ideally within a fast-moving or acquisitive business
• Strong knowledge of cash management, banking systems and payment processes
• Experience with a Treasury Management System (Kyriba experience a strong plus)
• A qualified accountant (advantageous, not essential)
• A flexible, hands-on approach and the energy to get involved across the full breadth of Treasury in a small team
