Group Financial Controller in Surrey

With ambitious growth plans and a fast-moving commercial environment, they’re looking for a Group Financial Controller to play a pivotal role in leading group accounting, governance and financial control across the business. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of the finance function, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting decision-making in a consumer-focused, high-volume environment. The role As Group Financial Controller, you’ll own the integrity of group financial reporting while leading and developing a high-performing financial control team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and strong compliance across a multi-entity group, while supporting wider commercial and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: Ownership of group consolidation and reporting across international entities and currencies Leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end close at group level Responsibility for statutory accounts, audits and regulatory compliance across the group Development and governance of group accounting policies and financial standards Oversight and leadership of UK-based financial control teams Partnering with FP
