We’re looking for an experienced PMO Planning Analyst to act as the planning specialist within a fast-paced transformation PMO. This is a high-impact role focused on improving planning standards, driving governance, and supporting delivery across a complex change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and enhance planning standards, templates, and governance
  • Strong SCM experience would be a huge advantage for this role
  • Healthcare experience would be really helpful
  • Experienced PMO Planning specialist with strong track record supporting SAP & ERP implementations, managing integrated plans, dependencies and delivery timelines
  • Skilled in portfolio planning, governance and resource management, ensuring structured, on-time delivery across complex transformation programmes
  • Support teams in building high-quality integrated project plans
  • Lead or support cross-functional planning events (e.g. big room planning)
  • Manage resource and demand planning across the portfolio
  • Deliver data-driven reporting and insights for senior stakeholders
  • Coach teams and improve overall planning capability

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in PMO, programme, or project planning roles
  • Proven ability to manage integrated plans and dependencies
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide or multi-team planning cycles
  • Hands-on experience with resource and demand modelling
  • Highly analytical, structured, and confident influencing stakeholders
  • ERP transformation exposure (e.g. SAP) is beneficial
