We are supporting a high-growth consulting environment delivering a major Finance transformation for a FTSE 100 end client.

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager from a leading consultancy background to take ownership of a complex, enterprise scale transformation programme.

The Role

  • Provide Programme Leadership, working in a multi-vendor environment alongside a Big 4 delivery partner.
  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of a large-scale Finance implementation.
  • Drive integration across finance, technology, and business workstreams.
  • Manage senior stakeholders across the consulting firm, implementation partner, and FTSE 100 client.
  • Establish strong programme governance, controls, and reporting frameworks.
  • Lead programme teams across multiple locations, ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Support change, adoption, and transformation of finance operating models.

Candidate Profile

  • Top-tier consultancy background (Big 4 or leading strategy/technology consulting firms essential).
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise Finance Transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.
  • Experience working with FTSE 100 / large-scale corporates.
  • Ability to operate at C-suite and ExCo level.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and operating model design.
