Senior Product Analyst – London Market Underwriting
Location: London | Contract
We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join a major London Market PAS transformation. You'll work with Product, Underwriting and Technology teams to shape and deliver new underwriting capabilities across the full policy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and business analysis.
- Gather and define requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support product roadmap and backlog prioritisation.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive improvements across underwriting workflows, PAS capabilities and user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Product Analysis experience within London Market insurance.
- Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
- Good understanding of underwriting processes and the policy lifecycle.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- IRIS integration experience.
- JIRA and SQL knowledge.
- Agile certification.
Experience
- 10+ years delivering technology change, including at least 5 years within insurance.
- Strong London Market knowledge and experience working on complex transformation programmes.
- Experience working on PAS migrations
