Location: London | Hybrid (2 days a week onsite) | FinTech

I'm currently partnering with a fast-growing, innovative FinTech business to recruit an experienced Payroll Specialist on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function within a scaling organisation, working closely with HR and Finance to deliver accurate payroll, pension administration, incentive schemes, compliance, reporting and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions and compliance
  • Experience with payroll accounting, reconciliations and financial controls
  • Advanced Excel skills and payroll systems experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience administering bonus or incentive schemes
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment is advantageous
