Following a series of acquisitions across the UK, the business is seeking a high-calibre Integrations Manager to take ownership of post M&A integration activity ensuring seamless onboarding, operational alignment, and long term value realisation across newly acquired businesses. The Role
As Integrations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, and leadership to embed newly acquired businesses into a centralised platform. You will be responsible for balancing data, operations, and people integration, ensuring minimal disruption while maximising efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration & Migration
- Lead multiple concurrent post M&A integration projects across the UK
- Oversee client onboarding, data migration, and process standardisation
- Ensure smooth transition onto core platforms and operating models
- Identify and resolve integration risks and operational blockers
- Operational Integration
- Coordinate operational consolidation activities
- Drive standardisation and efficiency across acquired businesses
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address underperformance
- Ensure all integration activities set the foundation for long-term scalability
- Stakeholder & People Integration
- Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Support smooth employee transitions, maintaining engagement and morale

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in M&A integration, transformation, or operational delivery roles
