This is a high-impact role partnering directly with the CFO and senior leadership, with responsibility for shaping forecasting accuracy, capital allocation, and value creation in a scaling, multi-entity environment.

A highly remote role with scope to attend the London office where needed, you will work to enhance the visibility and impact of FP&A across the organisation, with a key focus of developing existing SAAS metrics to give more accurate data and information within finance as well as the wider leadership team. Prior experience working with Netsuite will be beneficial given the recent implementation and desire to improve the utilisation, supporting the continued realisation of investment.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Own global budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple regions and entities
  • Build and enhance robust financial models to support growth, pricing, and investment decisions
  • Lead enhancement and analysis of core SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV) to drive decision-making
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
  • Support scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic initiatives
  • Partner closely with the CFO on M&A activity, integration, and investor priorities
  • Lead production of board packs, monthly reviews, and investor reporting
  • Improve and standardise FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
  • Support system enhancements across ERP, planning tools, and BI platforms

This position will best suit a senior finance professional with experience including:

  • Strong FP&A background within a SaaS or recurring revenue business (essential)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS economics (ARR, retention, unit economics, growth efficiency)
  • Proven experience in a PE-backed, high-growth, or transformation environment
  • Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis capability
  • Track record of partnering senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
