A leading financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Reward Specialist on a 12 Month FTC to support the delivery of compensation frameworks, incentive governance, and annual reward processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing compensation and incentive‑related projects across multiple business areas
  • Overseeing governance and review processes for sales incentive arrangements
  • Supporting annual compensation and benchmarking cycles, including market analysis and pay review activity
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure reward practices remain aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to remuneration committee materials, reward policies and wider governance activity
  • Providing guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation structures, job evaluation and incentive plans
  • Supporting long‑term incentive plan activity, including implementation and stakeholder communication
  • Assisting with regulatory reporting and pay transparency initiatives
  • Leading ad‑hoc reward projects and process improvements where required

Experience Required

  • Strong compensation/reward experience within financial services
  • Previous exposure to annual compensation reviews and salary benchmarking
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
  • Knowledge of incentive plans, executive reward and regulatory considerations would be advantageous
  • Experience using compensation systems and working with reward data/analytics preferred
