You will work closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure secure, efficient, and reliable workplace solutions, including desktop environments, collaboration technologies, and remote working enablement.
You will act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for workplace solutions, helping define business goals, set clear expectations, and measure MSP performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving performance or contractual issues, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.
- Contribute to the creation and enforcement of workplace service standards and controls.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, external vendors, and offshore resources.
- Experience developing technical and operational solutions, including requirements gathering, use‑case scenarios, and high‑level architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with business insight across products and industries.
- Ability to mentor and guide other infrastructure or vendor management teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant experience.
- Typically 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, workplace services, or Microsoft technology consulting, preferably in a financial or regulated environment.
- Experience in customer‑facing technology roles and managing IT vendors or MSPs.
- Relevant certifications in infrastructure, vendor management, or workplace technologies are a plus.
