I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established PMO and deliver a portfolio of strategic change initiatives. This is an opportunity to lead complex projects from inception through to delivery, spanning system implementations, digital transformation, business change, and service improvement programmes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage governance and reporting processes, oversee project budgets, and help drive best practice across the university.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience
- End-to-end project lifecycle management expertise
- Experience delivering IT, digital, or business transformation projects
- Relevant project qualification (e.g. PRINCE2)
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills
