About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Regulatory Reporting Manager to join a dynamic, scaling bank at a critical juncture of its growth journey.
You will be working directly with the Head of Regulatory Reporting, owning the initial reporting processes, supporting on policy and change projects and having a direct impact on capital allocation decisions within the Bank.

Key Responsibilities
- Framework & Submissions: Develop and maintain a robust regulatory reporting framework, preparing and submitting accurate regulatory returns to the PRA, FCA, and HMRC.
- Regulatory Horizon Scanning: Keep up to date with changes to regulatory rules to ensure full compliance with new and emerging reporting and disclosure requirements, supporting interaction with authorities when needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the wider Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure effective tools and Management Information (MI) are in place for monitoring capital and liquidity.
- Process Optimisation: Continually review systems, internal processes, data lineage, and controls to strengthen the framework, enhance efficiency, and keep standard operating procedures up to date.
- Strategic Insight: Provide value-adding and strategically astute insight on emerging regulatory developments, becoming a trusted advisor for the wider team.
