With operations across multiple countries and business units, they are investing heavily in improving data quality, systems integration, process efficiency and operational performance.
As a Business Analyst, you'll work across a varied portfolio of transformation initiatives spanning ERP, finance, procurement, data and operational improvement projects. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with senior stakeholders and operating in an environment where no two days are the same.
- Gather, document and challenge business requirements across multiple workstreams
- Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Support ERP, finance and digital transformation initiatives
- Map end-to-end processes and help define future-state operating models
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams and business leaders
- Assist with data quality, reporting and systems integration activities
- Support change and adoption across diverse business units
Previous experience as a Business Analyst within a complex organisation
- Experience working on transformation, ERP, data or process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- D365, SAP, Oracle, Workday or similar business systems
- Data, reporting or analytics projects
