I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation in the hospitality sector to recruit a Commercial Analyst into their Supply Chain/Commercial function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded individual who enjoys working with data to drive commercial decisions, identify cost-saving opportunities and provide meaningful insights across procurement and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to support commercial decision-making.
- Analyse supplier pricing, commodity movements, inflation trends and cost drivers.
- Support pricing strategies, supplier benchmarking and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and areas of commercial improvement.
- Deliver regular cost reporting, forecasting and analysis to support procurement and operational teams.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel skills, with experience manipulating and analysing large datasets.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including building interactive dashboards and reports.
- A commercially minded, analytical approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights to a range of stakeholders.
- Experience within procurement, supply chain, commercial analytics or pricing would be advantageous.
