I am currently recruiting for a fast paced, high profile business based in Northamptonshire who are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business in what is an exciting time.
In this role you will work with the Head of FP&A to support a number of high value, high profile projects working with the heart of the business to drive change, implement dashboard reporting and ensure the operational teams remain compliant.
- Support, influence and challenge non-financial stakeholders
- Act as the key financial advisor to managers
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities and risks
- Provide support to wider team on reporting, queries and analysis
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
Prior experience within a commercial finance role - ideally within retail, manufacturing or engineering related industry
Confident dealing with non-financial stakeholders
