We’re recruiting for a commercially driven Head of Revenue Management to join a growing Hospitality business, based near Bristol with hybrid working of two/three days per week on site.
This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys turning insight into action leading commercial planning, pricing, yield management and forecasting to drive revenue, membership growth and sustainable profitability across a UK and European portfolio.
You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Insight and Finance teams, using data to optimise capacity, pricing, planning, promotional activity and overall portfolio performance.
Key focus areas will include:
- Developing annual and seasonal commercial plans across membership, pricing and product mix
- Leading pricing and yield management activity to maximise revenue and margin
- Using customer insight, trends and market data to inform planning and portfolio decisions
- Building and refining robust forecasting models across revenue, volumes and profit
- Providing clear, data-led recommendations to senior commercial stakeholders
- Leading and developing a Commercial and Insight team
We’re looking for a highly numerate, commercially minded individual with strong experience in pricing, yield management, forecasting and commercial performance. Advanced Excel skills are essential, alongside the confidence to challenge thinking, test new approaches and continuously improve performance.
