We’re recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a successful and growing business based in Milton Keynes. This is a broad, hands-on finance role offering plenty of exposure across the business and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.
The role:
- Produce monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals and prepayments
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls
- Analyse performance, variances and key business trends
- Provide insightful reporting to support commercial decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders across the business
- Support year-end processes and external audit requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting
About you:
- Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
- Confident with Excel and financial systems
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
