We are hiring a hands-on, commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of a growing finance function within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and founders, supporting multiple entities while driving financial performance and scalability. Role
- Own and deliver the month-end close across multiple entities
- Produce accurate management accounts and insightful Board packs
- Present financial results and analysis to senior stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including cashflow, invoicing, payroll coordination, and reconciliations
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure data accuracy
- Partner with stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
- Act as the main point of contact for external accountants, overseeing compliance (VAT, statutory accounts, tax)
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Manage and develop junior finance staff while building out the finance function
About You
- Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Strong experience in month-end, management accounts, and financial reporting
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, detail-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge
- Experience in a multi-entity, start-up, or scale-up environment is advantageous
